Announcing a Boudoir Special!

Book a Boudoir Session in the next two weeks and receive the session with a 20 page 5×5 album for $150!

In an effort to expand my boudoir portfolio and encourage women to give themselves the opportunity to get some amazing, sexy, and classy images of themselves, I’m offering a Boudoir Special for those that book in the next two weeks!  Many women do boudoir sessions in order to give an album as a gift to a fiance, husband, or significant other– it is also often described as a liberating and confidence-building experience for the woman herself!

Please email me (lindsey@purebylindsey.com) or give me a call (772.643.8213) for more information!

A day later than promised, but here is the preview of Jen and Dave’s wonderful wedding in Ybor City last Saturday!  It was just SO hard to narrow these photos down to a few for a blog post!  There was just so much going on at their wedding, and so many little sweet hidden meanings, details, and surprises all day long!

I had the absolute pleasure of being joined by the photographer Theresa Marie, and she did some amazing work and was so fun to work with!

First, I have to show off the gorgeous details.   Both the Ceremony and Reception were at the amazing Columbian Restaurantin Ybor City, and Jen was there early that day putting everything together to perfection.  They had their own monogram/logo on the table cards and favors, and every aspect was designed and perfected by Jen.

Jen did all their hair, and her own makeup (a woman of many talents!).

The Ceremony was very unique in that it took place in the same location as the Reception, with all the guests comfortably seated at their tables.  It felt so very intimate and casual, just a wonderful way to have such a tender moment.

At the end of the night, Jen changed into this gorgeous red party dress (nice to be able to actually dance)!

So there are like 100 more blog-worthy photos that I had to narrow down from (and it was painful), but if you are a friend or family member and want to get an email when their photos are done, just click here to sign their wedding photo guestbook and we’ll make sure to let you know when they are all available!

So I haven’t even Previewed their wedding day, but these images are SO HOT that I couldn’t resist editing a few favorites!  The morning after their wedding, before they went to their cruise, this amazing couple got up at 8:00 in the morning to have time to get some awesome images with more of a modern-grunge look than we were able to do on their wedding day. I promise I’ll be working hard to get a wedding day preview up within the next day or two… but you have to take a look at THESE first!

Sample Album!

August 4, 2008

I just got my new sample album in Saturday, and it is absolutely gorgeous!  If you have a client consultation scheduled with me, you’ll be seeing it soon enough in person!  :)  The album is a 10″x10″ flush-mount with 50 pages, made from John and Chay’s gorgeous backyard wedding.

First, the company uses all “green” packaging, with this great recycled paper and skeleton leaves:

The cover I selected is a Canvas cover option.  It’s a printed artists canvas, coated for protection, wrapped around the cover.  It has a great texture and beautiful colors.

The book is printed panoramic-style with no gutter (the folding between pages) so that the images can go right over the middle with gorgeous style and color.  The creasing is barely noticeable:

This was.  so.  much.  fun!  An Engagement Session is about showing the unique dynamics of each relationship between  couples, and it really stood out with Nicole and James (as you can see in this first photo).

njesess-1.jpg

It was great because Nicole and James have been together for such a long time that it seems they are already married– and was very different from my other engagement sessions.  They know each other so well and are so comfortable with each other and themselves in front of the camera :)
