Shannon started the getting ready process with a couple bridesmaids at La Di Da Salon downtown, which was absolutely vibrant and full of color and details. I just loved the ladies here. :)

The Ceremony and Reception were both held at the Sweetwater Branch Inn. After hair and makeup, Shannon met with her family as she was helped into her dress and did a few touch ups. I just loved the light in the room!

Sadly, one of my favorite things about Sweetwater is the cute cats all over the place! Sadly simply because I’m on my way to becoming a crazy cat lady in another… 20 years… or so. Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled blog preview. :)

I was really loving the light and feel of the street that runs through Sweetwater so we used it for quite a few creative portraits and group images.

The Ceremony:
This image is of the parents of the bride with Shannon and Tim’s adorable two year old daughter as the Ceremony was beginning.

I love this image of Tim watching Shannon walk down the aisle!

One of my favorite images during the “formals” after the Ceremony is of this poor kid who was a bit stressed out by the process. I actually have a series as he runs back over to dad who is near me. Of course we were all laughing. Ahh the joys of having kids involved!

The Reception:
This is one of my FAVORITE images of the day– during their First Dance. I just love getting her expression perfectly focused while having the feel of movement in her arms and the rest of the image. Makes me smile!

DISCLAIMER: She asked me to do it! ;)

Love this shoot…you caught some wonderful emotions!
